When you contact Jet-Guest to discuss travel or to charter a jet using Jet-Guest you will be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information which is entered into our database such as your name, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone number(s), itineraries, charter information, preferences and passenger information. If you charter a jet, you will also be asked to provide your credit card and billing information.
By using Jet-Guest.com, some information may be automatically collected by our web servers as you browse our site. Why am I asked to provide certain information for TSA watchlist screening and how is this data used?
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender for the purpose of watch list screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. You may also provide your Redress Number, if available. Failure to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice. In the event of a corporate change in control, what happens?
Should there be a corporate change in control, through merger, acquisition or bankruptcy, we reserve the right to transfer information collected from you to the new party-in-control of Jet-Guest, LLC in the normal course of business.
